Shipping Area

Currently, StyVelle ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping offers will also be shown during checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Sty Velle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
